CHRISTIAN
VISDOMINI

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Christian is the Chief Executive Officer of CGA and CGA Europe, and a board member of several organizations . He joined the firm in 2009. Christian has extensive experience in business combinations, strategy and negotiations in multi-party complex environments; and has held a key-role in a number of successful IP intense start-ups and spin-offs. As part-time faculty at Boston University he taught graduate courses of Multinational Finance, Mutual Funds, Business Communication and Mergers & Acquisitions. Christian is an Associate Fellow at University of Oxford, Green-Templeton College where he focuses on Public Understanding of Science. His current academic research interests relate to the non-market strategy system, scenario planning, and uncertainty and quality in numbers. MELISSA
MURILLO

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER,

HUMAN RESOURCES
Melissa is the Chief Operating Officer of CGA, and also leads the Human Resources practice. Melissa and her team provide knowledge transfer and infrastructural support to clients transacting domestically and internationally. Melissa has years of experience in HR, from advising clients on complex issues to operational challenges. Aside from leading the team, she focuses on HR policies, terminations, ADA/FMLA compliance and restructuring. Melissa often collaborates with immigration attorneys to research new legislation and manage complex HR and relocation matters. Melissa is an alumnus of Florida International University, and completed the Scenarios Programme at University of Oxford.

PREVENTION
Jesse leads the Compliance and Prevention practice and his main focus is corporate governance, risk management and regulatory-compliance. With his team, Jesse handles virtually every aspect of our clients’ business negotiations and out-of-court workouts. Jesse and his team also provide litigation support and coordinate with our clients’ legal counsel on several issues ranging from employment, contract, and IP disputes. Prior to joining CGA, Jesse worked in the Business and Legal Affairs Department of VP Records and MTV Networks. Jesse is an alumnus of Vanderbilt University and Brooklyn Law School.

HARRINGTON

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING
Craig leads the Financial Accounting practice. Craig and his team ensure that our clients have comprehensive financial reporting tailored to their industry, market, and specific needs. Craig has several decades of public accounting experience and advises clients on all of their financial accounting needs; providing outsourced CFO services, accounting support, and interim leadership as needed. Craig’s previous experience includes work at KPMG, Deloitte & Touche, and Bankers Trust. Craig is an alumnus of The University of Rhode Island, and earned an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Nikola is the Managing Director of CGA Europe where he leads the Corporate Strategy practice. Nikola and his team advise clients in the areas of strategy and diplomacy with focus on cross-border transactions, public-private partnerships, and business combinations. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Sofia Urban Mobility Center. Prior to joining CGA, Nikola served as transaction team leader at IFC (The World Bank), worked for KPMG, E&Y and Nike. Nikola is an alumnus of University of Oxford, Nottingham Business School, and Utrecht Business School.
